Infertility, it surprises me how easy it is to dismiss what is causing this. Sometimes the answer is so obvious we dont seem to want to recognise it. However in NZ and most western countries we have seen the rates of infertility soaring in recent years. Does anyone think that just maybe there is a simple explanation for that. Perhaps if we are infertile it means that our bodies are not quite in a healthy state to support a baby and that maybe just maybe we need to look at changing something we are doing. There is a grand old saying… if you always do what you have always done, then you will always get what you have always got… hmmmmm… so anyone who is reading this and has a friend or themselves are finding it hard to get pregnant then thinking about the internal environment and preparing that for a baby is really important.
By creating a loving, nutritious environment that is enabled by eating fruit, green leafies, nuts and vegetables, the body can prepare itself for conception. A lot of people do not want to change what they are accustomed to, but I say, what do you want more, bread, dairy, meat or a baby!
It is not rocket science to understand that we are what we eat and the fact that this plays a huge factor in the outcome. So if you are finding it hard to become pregnant and really really want to then one of the things to look at is nutrition. Think about it, it is common sense, science 101. Our emotions also play a huge part and well that is another story…
